RGB Music

RGB music is a series of videos with sound that is interactively generated by images using a computing process. The code and patch in the process analyse colour values of the video into data, so the data can be converted to sound frequencies, generating specific tone, pitch, and timbre. I began this type of work in 2019, in a personal project in digital media studies. And from 2024, I connected this concept to the places I visit, depicting the various red, green, and blue hues of each location, as a part of research and play in colours.
